What We've Developed

CNC METAL CUTTING MACHINE
We only have to upload the picture that we want to cut then the machine will generate the codes by itself and cut it. The accuracy of this machine is incurably high and you can understand that from the shape of house and sword.
STRENGTH TESTING MACHINE
This can be use to check the strength of a metal object. Before we apply a metal into our mechanism it's essential be wear of it's strength unless it might break during the process.


METAL PIPE CUTTING MACHINE
A sharp metal tool is using to cut and in order to keep the cutting environment in low temperature their is liquid is flowing down through out process.
INDUSTRIAL WASHER
These are different size and types of washers that we use in the industrial field. Mostly those washers are made according to the international standards but some special occasions we have to use tailor made washers too.


CNC DRILING ARM
This machine can be use in a manufacturing factories to drill holes, fix nuts and remove nuts. If we replace drill bit with a pen or marker we can make a robot arm to write something or draw something.
CNC Robot Arm
This kind of CNC robot arm can be used in Vehicle manufacturing company or any other industrial company. The degree of freedom of this machine is five.
CNC Wielding Arm
This kind of a CNC Robot Arm can be used welding things in industrial field. This machine's degree of freedom also five which means it can reach to any point in it's surrounded space.
REFLECTION
From this exhibition I came to understand the Industrial applications of G-codes. They gave us lots of knowledge about Industrial robotic hands which can use in the assembly lines. Also Milling and Lethe machine and their components.
Actually after this exhibition I fallen in love with CNC machines so I decided I want to buy my own Milling machine and learn much more about it. I made lots of drawing by using PTC Creo software and output G-codes by using PTC Creo manufacturing software and feed those codes into my milling machine and made lots of designs on Styrofoam cubes.
