PAINTING METHOD
Put fans to remove the dust from the metal parts.
Wash by water.
Wash again by pure water.
Electrolyzing.
Wash by water.
Wash again by pure water.
Heat treatments.
Spread powder coded.
Cooling.
Fanned metal parts go into this chamber. Put the metal parts into the pool of paints. After it went through a pool of paint, they washed the part by using water. This is the place where they spread the paint into the metal parts.

This large platform is used to cut sheets of metal into required pieces and shape. The main cutter is a high temperature flame. An engineer inputs the numerical data before cutting and the process is automated.

INSPECTION

IDLER STATIC RESISTANCE TEST – BED
Testing each type idler’s static resistance, controlling the idler’s rotation resistance in working condition to ensure the conveying system operating smoothly.

IDLER AXIAL LOAD TEST – BED
Testing the scope of idler’s load change, verifying whether the idler shaft (including bearing seat, sealing device) are separated with idler or not to ensure the idler operating normally at site.

IDLER RADIAL RUN – OUT TEST – BED
Testing each type idler radial run – out, keeping the error within allowable range and complying with the design standard, to ensure the belt conveyor running smoothly.

IDLER SEALING PERFORMANCE TEST – BED
Testing the welding quality and the sealing performance of bearing chamber for each type of idlers, to ensure the idlers to keep good sealing performance.

IDLER ROTATION RESISTANCE TEST – BED
Testing each type idler’s rotation resistance, controlling the idler’s rotation resistance in working condition to ensure the conveying system operation smoothly.
